Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, Bundles)
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order if:

The item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong product

The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging
To initiate a return, please email us at info@chillandquill.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Event or School Packages (author visits, classroom sets)

Custom or personalized items
Bundles & Gift Sets
To receive a refund for a bundle, all items included must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Partial returns from bundles are not accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in quality and want to make it right!
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
