Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note: During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)

We currently ship to most locations worldwide. If you don’t see your country at checkout, email us at info@chillandquill.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery right to your doorstep.

Digital Downloads

Digital products (like audiobooks, printable activities, or eBooks) are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
If you don’t receive your download within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@chillandquill.com.

Bundles & Gift Sets

Bundle orders may be shipped in one package or multiple depending on size and availability. All items in the bundle must be received together for returns (if applicable).

School & Event Packages

Bulk or custom orders for schools and events may have different processing timelines. We'll communicate specific shipping details upon order confirmation.

If you’re coordinating with a school or event calendar, please contact us before placing your order to ensure timely delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will support you in locating your shipment.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Email us at info@chillandquill.com within 5 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos (if damaged)

  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
